The origin story of this project is simply to inspire others to live radically, authentically, and with intention. Cultivating a space where I am empowered to celebrate the intersection of public health, entertainment, travel, and food is a passion project of mine; this site for me is where I want the rubber to meet the road.

For years, whether intentional or not, I betrayed myself in a million little ways each and every day. Those days are done. This blog, this piece of digital space I am carving out for myself (albeit small) is in actuality the rebellious act of me learning to trust me. This is going to be fun.
